BOTH case u told are wrong because total worth should be 200 rs if you use 2 stamp papers of 200 each it means stamp paper of 400 rs and i have never seen stamp paper written on both sides

no use 2 stamp papers of worth RS 100 each.
never write on back side of stamp paper it is specified for the purpose of stamp and person who purchases and stamp and sign of person who sells it.
if you write any thing on back side of stamp paper it becomes useless peice of paper
no legal value

Yes. Dr. is very famous. Just find Shaheen Chemist their and ask them for Dr. Zaheer.

For surety bond just buy 2 stamp papers of worth Rs. 100 in the name of Guarnator.. Both stamp papers would have same number.. photocopy or simply print the material on stamp papers!

They will hand over Original Appointment letter in Orientation Ceremony.. and i guess, place of posting will be decided after training session..
