Salam to all,
Yar Soneri walo ko procedure boht complicated and Galt he recruitment ka, pehle to unho ne interview k baad meeting me hum sub ko keha tha k ap log selected candidates ho, per sub ko offer letter send kiye hen ya nahe kuch confirm nahe, kyo k kuch friends ko mile hen and jub mene call ki HR desk to unho ne keha k apka name 1st list me nahe he, jub ke unho ne employment form bhi diya tha mjhe and surety b k ap log sare selected ho . .

This is really bad and tough situation for me after clearing all recruitment phases and after so much wait they say that u r not in 1st list, what should i do friends any suggestions?? because i don't know what to do. Koe aur bhi he jisko meeting k baad offer letter send nahe kiya Soneri walo ne?? Ya phir me he ek akaila hon aisa??

yar amjad tension not.. ! ap jst main branch main apny documents ly k pohanch k jao or face to face bat karo k akhir masla kia hai..? kia ap ko offer lettr bhi nai mila tha...?

No dear mjhe offer letter bhi nahe mila, and they say k wo khud mjhse contact karenge if there is any update, and abhi tak kuch confirm bhi nahe horha k unho ne humare region me sub ko offer letter bheje bhi hen ya nahe, aur unka HR department bhi clear nahe kehte kuch and attitude se baat karte hen. Dont know why, agar job deni he nahe thi to 3 month tak wait kyo karwaya and employment form kyo diye, itni bari organization aur ye procedure.

yar ye to bohat ghalat hai k ap ko offer lettr tk nai bheja.. r u rom karachi...? yar ap simple milo un sy ja k or employement form bhi dikhao. or un sy kaho ye kia be-shermi hai main 3 months sy kahien apply nai kr raha.... ye kia game hai mery sath...? don't b afraid.. ye rite hai ap ka.... fight 4 it...

Dear i am 4rm Larkana(Interior Sindh), and i will definitely ask them about this injustice but still there is confusion regarding offer letter and they haven't send documents to you as well, aur ye confirm nahe k jin logo ko unho ne interview k baad meeting pe bulaya tha un sub ko offer letter send kiya he, ye to nahe hoskta na k 30 candidates me se sirf me akaila he rah gaya hn , jub k they say may be humari 2nd list aae, aage ALLAH malik he naseeb mo hogi ye job to mil jaegi.
