Minimum GPA 2.5 out of 4 or 3.5 out of 5.0 if GPA system is applicable, If GPA system isn’t pertinent applicant must have secured a minimum 60% aggregate marks in the examination. Only those already passed their finals examination in respective fields are eligible to apply.

I had drop my CV at Soneri Central Office - Karachi but they didn't call me. Due to lack of inventory management control, personnel of Soneri HR misplaced my CV - This happened last year.

Here are the facts
1. Soneri Hire TBO twice a year once in May-June and Other Sep-Oct.
2. For Karachi Don't drop your CV cuze they'll probably misplace it.
3. [email]Jaffar.Ali@soneribank.com[/email] he was a Manager @ HR department, back when I applied in May-June 2011. So send him your CV. Trust me, sending CV through email is the correct approach, as far as Soneri Bank is Concerned.
4. Back then I cleared the test but was rejected after Interview. :@

During the training you will be paid 8000 after training you will have a second interview If you are able to succeed in it than you will be posted in different branches or divisions with a salary of 17000 and based on your performance during the training you could be awarded an advance increment.

during training 8000 is offer and after training about 16000 is offered.and test is conducted at training center of soneri bank barket market branch .we have to solve test on computer .on computer 4 section are given which are consists of math , general knowlege ,english and vocubary.every section has duration of 35 minutes .

is there any type of contract signing during training and after final selection:wacko:???

You guys would get the test call before a month duration. Pay would be almost 16000. During training, it would be 8000. Accommodation meal would be responsibility of bank. Bond would be of 2.5 or 3 year I guess. Test would be conducted by Soneri Bank itself and would be of the pattern of NBP but easy than NBP's one.

what are the prospects of TBO of Soneri???i mean i am interested in asset management and treasury side... does this program only induct for operations or other departments as well?

At the end of training, trainees are send to different departments of bank that may be depend on different factors; Personal preferences, final test and training performance, available seats in different departments (HR, SAM, Branches, Advances, Risk etc), previous educational and specialization background, experience etc. But majority will be appointed to the branches.
