Yes, actually people don't know that there are two types of penalties in case of hidden facts, i.e.
1)Termination from service (in this type of penalty, person can find another job in a govt department)
2) Removal from Service (in this type of penalty, person removed is banned for govt. job till death)
And in instant case, Removal from service applied if education is hidden...:sick

ongoing masters have been entertained ,those completed masters were discouraged

Yeah they said to me that you will be disqualified from government jobs too.
I don't know how many were Masters. I went to just remove the ambiguity about Master degree holders. So when they asked I said straightforward that I did Masters. So they appreciated that I had told the truth at this level.
