To all the members who have questions about stamp paper.

The affidavit and surety bond are required on stamp papers. They must have sent you the ‘text’ of the surety bond and affidavit with the offer letter. The usual requirement is to print the required text on Rs 200 stamp paper (if you have two 100 or four 50 stamp papers, just type it on one and attach the rest with it). I don't know about the amount this year, during the last years it was Rs 200. You need to buy the stamp paper yourself and the name on the back of stamp papers should be yours. You can get the letter photocopied on the stamp paper from any good photocopying shop, so don’t worry.
