Its very disappointing to note that the poor candidates who could not afford to get regular degrees but they went for private ones with marks not more than 60% are being left behind discriminately.
Universities in Pakistan particularly in Sindh do not bestow the private students more than 55% in their masters. So IBP and SBP's discriminatory system should be replaced by open competition for all the students having masters irrespective of their percentage in degree.
Please raise your voice against this discrimination.

Sbp is still better than other organizations... can you mention any other reputable organization that requires less than 70% or less than 3 gpa for such a white collar job?

One needs to have just 14 years education irrespective of percentage in the degree.

While it's good to clarify regarding your eligibility, qualification is clearly mentioned in the ad as follows:
Qualification
Masters Degree or Bachelors Degree with 16 years of education with 60% marks or equivalent CGPA in any discipline from
universities/institutes recognized by HEC or reputable foreign universities. The candidates having CA, ACMA and ACCA
qualification are also eligible to apply provided they have qualified all required papers/modules. Candidates awaiting final
results as of submission of applications to Institute of Bankers Pakistan (IBP) are not eligible to apply.

Default Help

Dear Members, I have made a mistake while filing the application form. I have mistakenly not entered the name of my uni in my masters information and now after submitting the application form it is displaying other in front of my master degree MBA. Now I cannot edit it. Can i write it with pen after taking print of it or I should send it as its is without writing anything???

yes SBP and different other banks requires the selected candidate to sign a bond. It would be amounting to 200,000/= for a time period of 2 to 3 years.
Bund You can resign or leave the job without paying it and your experience letter will be held by the organization.
