Any one pls tell me that have done BS.IT (4 years) and got 1st division but my percentage is 59.77. I am eligible or not??

Seniors please help me.Am i eligible for YPIP bcz i have 2nd positions in Fsc and Bsc but 1st position from 10th and Msc.

Yes, you are eligible because you have more then 60% marks in Msc.
