As far I know about the process,it's a fair one.
I know many who r serving n SBP and they all r allocated on merit..they had zero approach! I suggest one shud not lose hope and prepare oneself for the interview with gud faith!

I was selected in sbp bsc without even knowing the name of anyone inside sbp (other then governor). Only unqualified persons cry about refrences and no one should pay any heed to such negetive remarks.

I am working as OG1 in sbp. Bro you should stop demotivating the candidates who have their interviews. Sbp has hired more then 500 candidates in last 6 years and if you think there is any chance of getting hired on refrence just mention name of one person who you think is selected on refrence basis
