It was 12 to 15 minutes interview:
1- Finance related questions, Capital Budgeting, techniques, difference between IRR and NPV.
2. Operating and Finance Lease? Operating lease is better in which scenario?
3. Family Background.
4. Values of your family.
5. Risks to economy of Pakistan. Political Unstability?
6. Why do you want to join?
7. Why do you go too far from your resident for the job?
90% was in urdu...

I believe you attended both ypip and sbot interviews. Just wanted to know if you don't mind, which one you would prefer?
