So are you going to join? I believe the training will be at NIBAF. I might join and i'll have to arrange for a hostel and all that. If anyone knows a hostel at a good distance then kindly inform.

yes they did ask about the expected salary from me and i replied that i expect 30k but they said that i am expecting too much, so there is that.

I also arrange hostel, but i think when the final venue is decided then we do something.

Hi Guys, I am also being offered training at Rawalpindi. Now I am wondering whether to go or not. I'll have to arrange hostel and that will be a cumbersome task. P.s does anyone know of a hostel near Rehmanabad/Satellite Town. Regards

Heyman, have you asked them about the placement after the training and internship and what was their response. I am just curious that which organization will be offering us the employment opportunity.

When I asked them that there is no such established microfinance institute in KP the interviewer responded that they'll be opening new franchises and by they, he mentioned Finca Microfinance. Now I am wondering that what if I go there and spend my energy and resource and later on there is no such thing.

IBP will provide theoretical training of one month and one month internship (without stipend)after which banks like khushal bank, FINCA bank etc would provide job opportunities to cadidates. Actually Im not going for it due to narrow scope of microfinance and also banks are not very good.

Well yes, you are right about the limited scope. Moreover, they're also not paying any remuneration. If any banks were to hire they should have done so at this stage as I believe the test and interview was a good criterion. I'll have o think about my decision as well.
