IBP CGB Microfinance Batch I Result
 

Hi everyone, is there someone who has been called for interview? My interview is on 6th of this month in Islamabad.

Also does anyone knows the details about this Program? i mean the time duration etc. if someone from IBP would answer i would really appreciate it.

What they ask you in interview... My interview in on 9 march tomorrow in ISlamabad as well.

Yes I have recently appeared and passed the test. IBP will train selected candidates through theoretical training and will help them get job in microfinanace banks like khushali bank, Apna bank, FINCA bank.
As far as interview questions are concerned they asked me
1. Introduce yourself(how many siblings do u have)
2. What were ur majors
3. Why Banking Sector
4.strenghts and weakenesses
5.How sbp regulate banks
6.Questions from my field
7.if there is gap between ur completion of studies and job inception they will definitely ask reasons and
8.Expected salary in microfinance sector

Almost the same questions. What was your expected salary? I asked for 30k and the guy stated that don't expect that much.

Is there anyone receive selection call from IBP for Microfinance batch 1 after interview...

No nothing yet. Did they ask you anything regarding salary?

Did anyone receive the offer letter for training? The training is going to start from 17th April. Does anyone know the training will be in NIBAF or anywhere else?

I receive offer letter but not know the venue yet...

Jiro during interview they ask about expected salary...
