I don't think it has properly been announced since "Click here" is text-only right now and neither have they updated their homepage with recruitment banner. I think they planned to announce it after Ashura and just created a page. No eligibility criteria mentioned either.

It has been announced on sbp bsc website, closing date is October 16,2017.
Advertisement in newspaper will be posted tomorrow or on monday.

Default anyone knows no. of seats
it is advertised in newspapers today but anybody knows how many seats are there because it's not mentioned in ad.
