YPIP is primarily for SBP-BSC(15 or 16 branched across country) while SBOTS is induction program for SBP.
1. promotion: As per my fellows one can expect promotion relatively early in SBP-BSC
2. salary: Same
3. perks and privileges: Same
4. career growth: SBP environment and job is more learning oriented while that of BSC is clerical in nature.
5. place of posting: SBOTS(SBP karachi only), YPIP(SBP-BSC across 15 cities)
6. non monetary benefits: Same
7. prestige: I guess SBOTS
8. tenure of bond: Same
9. nature of job: YPIP=clerical. SBOTS=inspection, regulation formulation, monetary policy related, basically it depends on department in which one lands.

-Currently working in SBP, inducted via SBOTS.
