I had discussion with a friend working in SBP he also said that it is 90 percent confirmed that ypip will be announced this month. Maximum age limit will be 26 years and engineers will not be able to apply this time. Required educational qualification has been narowed this time.

Really why? now they are afraid to compete with engineers in screening test. Maybe last time engineers took many seats so they want to kick them out of competition.

This is latest news. SBP-BSC has updated its recruitment policy this friday. Now SBOTS and YPIP will have same requirements. One thing that I dont understand is motivation level of people working at SBP my friend kept on advising me to not to apply for YPIP and continue my current job which has lower salary. Another person I know who is OG2 keeps on applying for bps 16 jobs.

Salaries are high so if job is tough, it is understandable.

Will IT graduates (computer science / Software Engineers) be eligible for YPIP?
