OG 2 officers perks and facilities

Hello, today i saw job ad in SBP with OG-2 Scale. They are offering 82000 salary (after successful completion of training).

My question is what are the perks and facilities they provide to employees? I mean someone working in corporate sector, earning 100k plus, should choose it or not?

1- Is it pension-able job?

2- what is promotion structure? ( Easy to get promotion or not)

3- Do they provide accomodation ? (If yes, only for self accomodation or family?)

4- If house facility is not available at OG-2 then is it available at higher grades? (Equivalent to bps-18)

5- What is NOC policy? How easy is to leave that job if a better job is there?

6- Do they ask us to sign a bond of serving for N number of years?

Please if someone reply to all of my question. Thanks in advancr.

No.

Depends on what you mean by "easy". Promotions are based on annual performance appraisals. You get 1 to 5 points. And for promotion to the next grade, you need X number of points.
3- Do they provide accomodation ? (If yes, only for self accomodation or family?)
No.
4- If house facility is not available at OG-2 then is it available at higher grades? (Equivalent to bps-18)
No.

It's easy enough to leave the job as long as you are willing to pay the surety bond amount.
6- Do they ask us to sign a bond of serving for N number of years?
Yes. Rs. 500,000 - 5 years. On a pro-rata basis.
