There is not much difference between the tests of IBP and NTS...However, through my personal experiences with the both, I found nts test much easier than that of IBP primarily because of the difficulty level of the questions and not the nature of them. Generally , IBP tests have three portions:

English (vocabulary, sentence correction/completion)
Maths
General Knowledge/Pakistan economy.

But SBP is very specific about its tests and therefore, the portions in the test for YPIP would be the same as mentioned in the job advertisement, that is, i) English Composition ii) Quantitative Skills/ Intelligence/ Computer Knowledge iii) Current Affairs/ Pakistan Economy, no matter whatever testing service (nts or ibp) conducts the test.

So you don't need to worry much abt the testing service, whatever preparation u might have done for nts would work for IBP as well..Good luck

As far as my experience is concerned IBP's test is quite easier than Nts test. hope for the best.
