Any body have information whn test of YPIP wil b held either its conducted by NTS or IBP.

Youth professional induction program
its date is not yet decided, and it will conducted by NTS

can some one tell me plz either MCB TBO is marketing or operarional side job?

It is a complete operations based job and the selected inductees will go comprehensive training at MCB staff colleges and then will join the Banks as Operations / Credits / ForeX officers.

Well no decison has been taken yet as to whome the contract would be assigned.sbp CONTRACT with NTS has expired for year 2009.For current year SBP has sought bids from testing agencies till 11 jan 2009.It would take almost one more month after expiry to finalise the date.Below is the SBP add published few days back in national news paper

State Bank of Pakistan, Banking Services Corporation (SBP-BSC) invites Proposals from the reputable Firms to provide testing services for SBP-BSC for a period of three years.
2. The bidder will be selected through Single stage – one envelope procedure as prescribed under Rule 36 (a) of Public Procurement Rules (PPR 2004) in accordance with the policies of SBP-BSC and would also conform to the procedure described in the RFP document.
3. The bidding is open to all eligible tax registered bidders that meet the following minimum qualification criteria:
a. Should produce documented evidence of providing testing services to at least ten organizations of comparable scale and standing during the last five years.
b. Should have a well qualified team of experts and other support staff having experience of designing and holding tests.
c. Should produce documentary evidence of the financial capacity to carry out testing services in the form of bank statement/ reference letter etc.
4. The bidders are requested to give their best and final prices as no negotiations are expected. The rates quoted must remain valid for a period of 90 days after opening of bids. Late bids or bids submitted without Bid Form will be rejected.
5. Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information and purchase the RFP document on submission of a written application on their Firms’ letter head to the address below during the Bank’s office hours after publication of this advertisement till closing thereof and upon payment of Rs.1,000/- (non-refundable) in form of bank draft/ payment order in the name of SBP Banking Services Corporation. If the RFP document is requested by post/ courier then the non-refundable fee of Rs.1,200/- will be charged. The advertisement is also uploaded at the websites www.ppra.org.pk and www.sbp.org.pk .
6. Bids must be delivered at the address below on or before 11th January, 2010 at 1100 hours which will be opened on same day at 1130 hours in the presence of bidders’ representatives (who choose to attend) at the meeting room of Personnel Management Department, SBP Banking Services Corporation, 1st Floor-Subsidiary House, I.I. Chundrigar Road, Karachi.

this test will be conducted by NTS. the pattren of test is

(1) English comprehension (sentence completion etc but very difficult from normal nts test) 40 marks

(2) mathematics (majority nearly 99% from arithmetic section) 30 marks

(3) general knowledge 30 marks


u have to secure atleast 50% marks in every section to pass the test....

wot bad luck
now state bank's site shows that call letters will b issued by ibp ,
eeh y not nts this time
anyone hav idea what kind of test ibp conduct?

i mean test pattern n how much ibp test is different from nts test pattern
