Ok and I keep cleaning my nose with a hanky during the whole paper, trying to make some sense of the questions, but I Royally Ruined the test...

english portion was difficult and different from all other banks` tests...
english portion is always difficult for me

Very true.... Few options were more than confusing . As for the ATM thing, I wrote Automated. Experience of banking helped in this MCQ .
