SBOTS: Career path?

Assalam-o-Alaikum friends, I am new on CSS forums. I had some queries regarding the career of a SBOTS recruit. If there is anyone on this forum who has joined State Bank under Sbots program kindly help me in improving my knowledge about the following:

1) Does a sbots recruit enjoy the same "fast track career" as does the management trainee of a commercial bank, or is it just a normal OG-2 position at State bank?

2) What is the General Career Path of a Sbots recruit, and approximately, how much time does the employee have to spend at each position in his career?

3) Does a Sbots recruit get an opportunity of having any foreign assignments or trainings in initial/mid stages of his career? Or any such career boosting/learning opportunities?

I'l be really thankful if someone takes out a bit of his/her precious time to answer these queries of mine.

These grades are in SBP Banking Services Corporation which is a subsidiary of State Bank of Pakistan.
