Salary of OG-1 in SBP
 

Can anybody tell what is the salary of the post of OG-1 in SBP ? Further, many people say OG-1 is a senior post than that of OG-2, is that true ?

state bank grades are different than commercial banks
 

dear in state bank grades increases in ascending order. means grade II is senior than grade I. it is different from other commercial banks where the grade I is senior than grade II. secondly, the salary of grade I in state bank of Pakistan will be Rs:30000/-.

Usman Hameed explained it really well. In SBP and its subsidiaries, grades rise in ascending order, i.e. OG-1 to OG-8. For your query related to salary, OG-1s in SBP BSC get Rs. 30,000 as initial pay, and in SBP they may get Rs. 32,000 - 35,000 (I'm not sure). But SBP hasn't done hiring of batches at OG-1 level in past few years.

and what about OG2 and OG3 salary?

Is there any service bond in SBP?

OG-2, officially 40k, though it could be higher by the time the current batch starts their training. Yes, there is a bond, OG-1 - 2 years bond.

If any one leave bank during probation period then bond applies or not??

Yes, bond applies on pro-rata basis.

after 3-4 years they can be eligible for promotion as OG-2 and thats how the career progresses
