not got call for it plz reply what we should study for test

interview was general,three persons conduct it ,they asked me how to sell their products, achieve targets, search new clients from different sector for deposits,investments etc. also asked whether i apply for other officer program?fixed salary+commission

iave done bba (h) in finance in 2011 and mba in 2013 in same field and will you plz suggest any book
