BM of UBL or GBO of NBP

Currently getting 37 K as branch manager of UBL now got appointment letter from NBP with 30 K having contractual job may be permanent after 3 year...what should i do now move or not

stick to your ubl job man.. UBL is jst awarded as Bank of the year...
