What is the Status of OG-III ? Should I start my Career as OG-III after MBA Fimance ?

Please guide me about the Grade OG-III at bank of khyber? what would be the promotional chances ? salary ? status ? etc.
and is this a good stance to move forward after doing MBA Finance ?
I would really appreciate your suggessions and guidance.

Dear, Bank matters a lot if you are at start of your career. You are fortunate that you are starting career with BOK. With a bank like BOK, it is ok to go ahead. It's a Govt owned bank with good career growth and remuneration package better than other banks. So my advice to you is that go ahead with it. You will get promoted within 2-3 years of service.
