Why not, the email has clearly stated the date, time(the time slot to be confirmed on call form respective RHQ) and venue.

yes i recieved 2 emails one at 4.30 pm and second at 4.32 pm on 13 august

I too have told you about the interview. Written test was conducted on 4th august.
