Bro sales job liabilities walee ha like bring accounts to branch or sell ubl different products?

If anyone sign bond but after sometime he gets better job and leave this then what will happen to 2 year bond??

I guess you have to pay 2lakhs to bank. But i am still confused between liability sales and product sales or retail banking.


Business development officers in banks mostly deal with liability sales in which they have to bring accounts to the bank and targets are not realistic. On the other hand side retail banking is different if targets are given they are mostly achievable. I am still confused what kind of job is it?

Wait a minute! They will fire you if you don't fulfill their targets but if you leave the job you will have to pay 2 lakh? Then why doesnt someone who want to leave just stop fulfilling targets. Doesn't have to pay 2 lakh then :unsure:

i got call from FSd.....

alhamdullilah today i got call for submission of documents at ubl signature building karachi. i went there and submitted my documents. total 25 candidates have been selected finally at karachi out of them 18 are for karachi and 7 for sukkur and surroundings. i was told by ubl representative that it is a permennat position of og3. work will be in brach and fixed salry for gradutes will be 18k while for masters it will be 22. they will now call for medical and then for joining.
