Well you should check it again and this time also check the Year which is 2014 haha, that ad is 1 year old, but the if you go through ubldirect.com it means that the position is active for this year and yet no date has been announced.

Brother, August se RBO ki applications direct unki website se submit honi shuru hui thi, you can search for the thread of august RBO here and see for your self, last year march, 2014 was the last time they announced it via Bankcareers.com
