They mentioned in their advertisement that selected ones will be assigned field duties..no matter if you are engineer or managment graduate...just like state bank they recruit engineers too for og ii and assigned them same work as for managment graduate..

I hope you are all doing well, does anyone know what is the equivalent of OG 3 by ZTBL in Govt sector where there have BPS, e.g. BPS-14, 16 etc

OG-3 is equivalent to BPS-16.

Merit maay be over 70.everyone is coming here reporting more than 70..result is just shown with CNIC..may be ZTBL varies merit from region to region wise..
