selection process completes in 3-4 months maximum..and yes its fair but you still need to have some "good reference" from amongst the influential employees

nothing to LOL about;if for instance Mr.'lol'er ace the exam,do good in interview,nothing can stop him getting selected,as i did!
even then you will find many officers who did poorly all through the process and because of their strong approach they got selected-so dont panic,clear the written first,,keeping in view the fair and loveliness of the recruitment process,i guess many a "LOLers" will have a chace,so goodluck (y)

They never mention number of seats..
and that the number of seats will be the same ie 250..
