It means that if you have reference then it will be only formality to appear in test. It means that favoritism is there, they will select those who have influence in there.

yes favoritism is there,but its also the fact that all 250 selected ones donot have any reference..20 ka hoga,30 ka hoga ya 50 ka?? so be among the outperformers;let numbers and the scores do the talking
