Suna h last lowest marks walon ko hire kiya gaya tha even jo fail thy wo b appoint hovy yahan sifarish chalti boht merit follow nhi krty is br b yh interview jst formality lg rhy hain r kch b nhi

Daily 100 logon ka interview hota hai. jinko 9 bjy ka time dia 1 bjy tk un k chaltay hain jinko 11.30 ka time dia unky lunch break k bad. i think 22 tk chalny hain interviews 2000 logon ka interview hoga seats almost 299 hain

main nay to kaha tha k sarkari nokri na ho to log rishta bhe nae daity..........
ap kh daina k its government job and here is oppertunity for vast experience and learning. this oppertunity will build my capacity and confidence and i will learn much more in this department.

I am From D.G.Khan. i am MBA Finance.
Interview date 15-03-2017. Time 11:30am. Reached at ZTBL satff college at 120noon.
my interview took at 40pm. 5 pannel members. 3 asked question and 2 just observe our behavior and body language.

question 01. Introduce your Self?
Question 02. y you resign from Bank as i served 2 years in mcb as cash officer.
Question 03. what is your current job and salary? will you sacrifice your current salary. it mean they will offer 28 - 30k salry.
Question 04. fiscal and monetary policy.
Question 05. difference balance sheet and trial balance.
Question 06. why commercial banks established?
Question 06. what is most important asset of commercial banks in Balance sheet?
Question 07. what is purpose of ZTBL?
Question 08. Why you want to ZTBL?
