Mis management candidtes wait krty jin ka interview 11:30 tha 5 bjy hova r aj interview 8 bjy khtm hovy interview acha hogaya tha they asked me about islamic banking about analysis of financial statment about ratio analysis about islamic banking products.they asked questions from candidte"s major subject my wise banking and finance thats y they asked about banking and finance tu apny specialize subject py focus karain ose sy related question hon gy r apki current job k bary men best of luck

It was on merit.but they were prefering mba students and agri students.mcs and any irrelevent candidtes ka interview just formality thi hardly 4 5 minute ka interview ly rhy thy oun sy ek din men 50 + logon ka interview tha may b 100+ aur penal 5 members ka hai.main questions center one pochta hai subject related baki members boht general batain pochty hain like intro fathers occupation agr posting head office ho jaye tu karain.gy job ya kc r city men ho jaye tu.ap illitrate people sy deal kr lo gy becoz humary cleints farmers hoty hain and all general questions.but main.questions apku final degree sy hon gy pochty hain apka fav subject phr major questions ose sy pochain gy

What salary package they are offering to this batch of og3..

Becoz hr koi soch rha h k men btaon ga tu 2sry ka interview ziada acha ho jaye ga its wrong help krni chahye sb ki rizk naseeb ka hota h jis ka hoga ose ko mily ga cooperate with others.

Dear they are only asking questions about your subject. I am a agrarian they asked me questions related to agriculture. So prepare your subject. thats all.

Daily 100 logon ka interview hota hai. jinko 9 bjy ka time dia 1 bjy tk un k chaltay hain jinko 11.30 ka time dia unky lunch break k bad. i think 22 tk chalny hain interviews 2000 logon ka interview hoga seats almost 299 hain

as i think wo sirf personality judge kr rhy hain k candidate m kitna confidence hai way of talking kia hai. confuse to nae etc etc

main nay to kaha tha k sarkari nokri na ho to log rishta bhe nae daity..........
ap kh daina k its government job and here is oppertunity for vast experience and learning. this oppertunity will build my capacity and confidence and i will learn much more in this department.

Interview date 15-03-2017. Time 11:30am. Reached at ZTBL satff college at 12:00noon.
my interview took at 4:00pm. 5 pannel members. 3 asked question and 2 just observe our behavior and body language.

question 01. Introduce your Self?
Question 02. y you resign from Bank as i served 2 years in mcb as cash officer.
Question 03. what is your current job and salary? will you sacrifice your current salary. it mean they will offer 28 - 30k salry.
Question 04. fiscal and monetary policy.
Question 05. difference balance sheet and trial balance.
Question 06. why commercial banks established?
Question 06. what is most important asset of commercial banks in Balance sheet?
Question 07. what is purpose of ZTBL?
Question 08. Why you want to ZTBL?
