Look they were not supposed to issue letters to the persons having highest marks, ok?
There are other things as well to be considered like degree, education type , score , area, personality , communication, interview appearance etc

so far .. hardly 7,8 members shared their marks and reported here.... around 290 persons received letter and just because you scored 70 and didn't received letter doesn't mean k unay koe 70+ wala capable nai laga , don't loose hope and .... stop talking like that

They are not issuing letters regionwise. i dont know what criteria they have but they will issue letters for 7 days on daily basis. hope for best

I am told by someone inside ZTBL that first spell of appointment letters have been sent to the children of ZTBL officials. These are 29 in number.Sending letters to the rest of successful candidates will follow suit. Those who have recieved letters can verify this.
