Don't worry guys offer letters will be dispatched till 15th April coz officials are busy in some internal issues regarding promotions increments and bonus as soon as they get free they will dispatch letters to lucky ones! Source: my self knowing the internal issues coz I'm selected as OG-III in last batch. Feel free to ask anything I'm here to help out coz I have been through all these feelings which you all have :)

And one more advice to all you people that whoever receive letter don't ever share your letter number or any confidential information on any public forum coz its a contract between you and the ZTBL but you can share date and district or city of posting
