From what i have heard 350 candidates are selected. They havent revealed the selection criteria exectlty but i was combination or test interview and educations and those who were called firstly for interview had more chances because they scored higher marks in exams as we were 5 friends who appeared in the test me and my friend who recieved letter were called for the interview before our remaining 3 friends
