By the time I had asked that they hung up the phone. He was way too casual about it like hojae gi upload dekhen ek do din ma abi hum dekhre hen kia krna ha. and he hung up!! Will call again on monday

How rude they are . You should have expected it.By the government officials are always like this especially in Pakistan (exceptions are always there).
