interviews completd al ovr the country. Its just the last phase of issuing the appointmnt letters to selectd candidates all over the pakistan. Some candidates have receivd the appointment letter, some are still hoping to receive it yet.. :(

ALHUMDOLILLAH I have appointed as Deputy Manager (IA&C) in State Life....my training is in process @ Karachi Principal Office :)

lists of staff appointees are still on the way due to high political pressure :con

In fact,almost all appointments of AM n Staff are reference based :hurt in Managers and DM's there is some merit as professionals are required...
as I observe the process,its completely disappointing for merit based candidates :(

i appointed as a office Assistant. i am only one who is on merit. remaining all AM., OA are on special safrish.... and they acknowledge that they are appointed on reference base or through union.

No brother...i have joined State Life as an A.M and i had no Reference. My posting is in Gujrat.
