Default SECP Rejectees: A must-read
Those who appeared before chairman for the final interview in May-June 2012 must see this, Secp Act Part II (6)

SECP ACT 1997

The appointment of incumbent chairman is a straight-forward violation of SECP Act, because according to the article in question the chairman should have served as a commissioner before promotion/appointment to the highest seat at secp.

In addition a petition was filed against his appointment, detail of which is available at Business Recorder and The Express Tribune

One thing that I am having difficulty in figuring out is how come no one from this forum made in through the induction scheme, given the skills and level of exposure many of the forum's members have which is evident from their success rate in NBP and SBP in the past.
25 people were hired, at minimum.

How does this relate to the people who were rejected by the Chairman..?
Anyhow, in my view, this wont serve in any way for the rejectees be hired

My aim was not to get the rejectees hired, I just considered it worth sharing.

You did appear for the final interview, did you make it?

oh ok...!

Anyways, Yes, I did appear for final interview, and it was my one of the best interview which I gave but Allah knows, why I didn't make it.
