I recieved call for an interview and selected after interview they said to join on 25 feb for 15days of training period. After that the salary is 30000 for six months and after six months salary will be 40000. The salary package is good but I don't know what to do. Any one who works as management trainee in Nrsp/upap please share his/her xperience.

Question
Where were you called for an interview? they just checked documents asked to photocopy report of UPaP and said prepare it and come for test and joining on 26th feb along father for guarantee assurance..

haan tu wo keh rahay thay aap log selected ho and ur pay will start from 16th day next interview mai wo yeh pouchtay hain k aap kaam karo gay ya nai. by th wy kiya aap b odhar e thay?

I need your guidance. I have given test for MTO in NRSP Microfinance Bank. I want to know the salary Package & Job Responsibilities. Most Important thing is the environment and Culture of the Bank. PLEASE Guide me seniors. I am waiting of your response.
