Preferred in banking industry for induction, promotions and various charges and Various banks reward their employees on passing ISQ with varying amount.

JAIBP is first tier of IBP Suprior qualification for which both bankers and non bankers are eligible.Whereas , for AIBP only banker having three years of experince after JAIBP are eligible. So no non banker is eligible for AIBP.

As for as worth of JAIBP is concerned, its scope is restricted to banking sector.Even it doesnt ensure fast growth to those who hold this certification.
Yet during start of career , JAIBP certification may be helpful to greater extent.Only a few banks have made it manadatory for promotion and other incentives , only for middle level positions.

For non bankers, JAIBP may help them make entry in the banking sector but their is no assurance in this regard.Morever, if one join banking sector with JAIBP, subsequetly he/she is not entitled to rewars for which one would have eligible otherwise.

For entry level position , Banks don't require JAIBP.However JAIBP holder may have an edge over the other candidates at interview stage.
