[QUOTE=shujaat2009;273885]is it worth for a non-banker ?

As for as worth of JAIBP is concerned, its scope is restricted to banking sector.Even it doesnt ensure fast growth to those who hold this certification. Yet during start of career , JAIBP certification may be helpful to greater extent.Only a few banks have made it manadatory for promotion and other incentives , only for middle level positions. For non bankers, JAIBP may help them make entry in the banking sector but their is no assurance in this regard.Morever, if one join banking sector with JAIBP, subsequetly he/she is not entitled to rewars for which one would have eligible otherwise. |
Is there gap in between ibp papers , jaibp stage 1.
