These are purely practical concepts; one may assume as ratta if one is not familiar with the concepts of banking; some students have excellent preparation.

what is the expected date for winter 2012 Exams.? i herd that this time because of Eid ul adha in november, IBP mite schedule their exams in september

Please advice me if it is convenient for one to go for the Self Study option for the JAIBP program due to hectic job timings?

Like success and understanding of topics ratio will be good or not?

sure , you can do self-study and pass all subjects. Just don't wait for the end time, start preparation from now and you will be prepared at the exam time.

there is no ratta in JAIBP exam , only concepts work for both mcq and subjective.

make ur concepts clear and the exam will be passed.
