You need to register at IBP 1st and submit your filled examination form, with relevant fees. All forms and fees information is available at website , and forms can be downloaded from it.

All the information regarding IBP JAIBP (ISQ) exams is available at www.ibp.org.pk

Exams are held twice a year, in summer (may) and winter (November).

last date for Summer 2013 exams is 5 march 2013.
