Aoa i wnat to know the last date of css which would be held in 2016 is it the last date is gone ?

WoA, it has not started yet...

Registration for CE-16 will start in either last week of September 2015 or 1st week of October 2015.

Last date for application form submission will be 31st Oct 2015 .
