Exclamation Past Papers are now rendered obselete

Significantly changed syllabi of many subjects has rendered the past papers obsolete. This is my first and last attempt and I am finding myself in a dismal situation. Physics and Computer Science are among my optional subjects, now with an updated syllabi and will have an unforeseen pattern and nature of questions.

What do you feel about my assertions?

No Sir, they are not exactly the same. If you open the CE 2015 and CE 2016 syllabi, you will see new sections have been added both in CS and Physics. In fact, in CS the whole syllabus is updated.

I wish fpsc to change the syllabus every year so that reliance on the past papers is made less. Students like me who gives importance to syllabus as compared to past papers are greatly affected by past papers trend

Hmmm the only difference I see in Physics is that the section named as Modern Physics previously is now named Modern and Quantum Physics and i think a few topics have been added. but trust me the past papers are still not obsolete where Physics is concerned and you should still focus on them. rest is up to you.

of CS i told you earlier I am not sure na mere bhai

Regards

I need your suggestion guys. I have done masters in comp. science and I don't want to opt computer science even though I am good at it but I want to try out something new and I find IR very interesting to study because it may help on various areas in compulsory subjects plus it's a good subject from the css perspective. So would I be able to get good marks in it if I work hard? or would I face difficulties because some say that if you have done graduation/masters in IR than opt it otherwise not? What do you people suggest?

its better to opt for CS. however now after the revision of syllabus , new topics and sections are included in Computer science but its manageable for CS/IT/SE graduates to opt for it. In my first attempt 2014 I opted for CS and got 66marks in it.
