Departmental Permission Guidance required
 

[B]Dear Seniors and CSPs,[/B]
Kindly guide me regarding the departmental permission. I am working as Veterinary Officer in L&DD, Punjab. I [B]don't need Age relaxation[/B] for CE-2016. I have few questions to ask;

1. According to the DPC form, departmental permission is granted by [B]Head of Department/Division/Ministry[/B]. That means one can get permission from the [B]Director [/B](BPS-20) at division level or [B]Secretary [/B](appointing authority) at provincial level. Right or not?

2. Is it necessary to go through proper channel even if you don't need age relaxation?

3. In case you apply for CSS without mentioning yourself GOVT employee as you are afraid that departmental permission may be denied and you resign later on if you qualify. Will it be considered [B]legitimate [/B]or not? Can this approach have any adverse implications later on?
