Default CSS Syllabus vs PMS Syllabus

Asslam o Alaikum

Dear members!
I want to know is the syllabus of css covers to the syllabus of PMS Punjab? Or an aspirant have to prepare for pms separately? Please also help that is the syllabus of following subjects of css and pms is same or differ?

1 Public Adminstration
2 Punjabi
3 Accounting-auditing
4 Philosophy

The syllabus of CSS doesn't altogether fits the mould of PMS,there are a lot of differences in pattern as well as in the subjects however the preparation for css does help while undertaking the other.
(Differences like there exists Urdu in PMS as a compulsory subject & the pattern of GK is utterly different).
Punjabi & Public Administration of PMS require more extensive study as they are worth 200 marks there.
