And if llb is of three years and one has completed only two years of one's Llb after bachelors .will he be eligible?waiting for your kind reply

No.
You will be consider LLB after three years, even if your one subject is remaining you are not eligible. Incomplete degrees are of no use, even university will not provide you LLB degree after 2 years.

Hello dear members.
I have done LLB external programme of 3 years from 2011-2014 with THIRD DIVISION , during the same period (2012-2014) i had applied for B.A private exams from karachi university of 2 years and passedwith second division.
My questions are :
Will my education period be counted as 17 years ?
Even though i have Third division in LLB and Second division in B.A , will i still be eligible ?

On the basis of 3rd division one cannot apply as per FPSC rules. Secondly, If you want to apply on the basis of you B.A education then CE-16 was the last chance to avail it. From here on, the minimum educational criteria set will be 16 years of education. So you can plan according to reforms prevailing in CSS these days.

While the likelihood of reforms are high, we cannot say anything UNTIL we get a formal notice.
Moreover some universities allow students to upgrade their 2 year Bachelors degree as it was the norm earlier. Furthermore, you can supplement your education with a MS to get 16 year education
