I am not satisfied with preparation and thinking to Skip CSS2016 attempt. Are you taking or skipping this year attempt?

if you have no problem with your age then skip your chance, otherwise depend your own choice

I haven't prepared much either (even though this exam doesn't reward preparation that much) and I might go for a job interview/tests abroad during CSS exams, besides they are increasing age limit to 30. So I guess I am skipping too.

I don't know what to do? Skipping the attempt is a big risk..on the other hand average preparation = wasted attempt

Well this is my last attempt, too. But, I am skipping: am in govt. service and 30 now, so on the hope that max. limit would be 30 and there would be 2 years relaxation for govt. servants I will not sit in the exam.
There is a certain chance for the relaxation as the words are from the horse's mouth; Mr. Ahsan, the minister. And, as he told that all stakeholders were involved. So, they would increase minimum education standard and for that they have to allow 2 years general relaxation and for govt. servants, there is always more than that as compared to general public.
Appearing with minimal command over Essay and English is suicidal, because it is seen usually that a candidate securing 700 marks overall fails in english essay or precis. So, in my opinion trust Allah and leave CSS-2016.
