What is the length of your average CE-2016 answer?

Just curious. I, personally, sometimes ending up writing 5-6 pages for 1 20-mark answer and only 2-3 pages for the rest.

In total, most sheets end up being 16-19/25 pages.

What about you guys?

How much time you took in attempting question where you took 6 papers

Don't worry, it is only natural to write more on the first two to three questions. It becomes difficult to write at length on the last question. Even if you plan beforehand, you are unable to restrain yourself from writing more on the initial questions. This is because you feel confident and you want to write more and cast a positive impression on the examiner. I cannot say with certainty but I'm more than confident about the fact that the examiner takes this into account. If he is impressed with the quality of initial questions, he is likely to lessen the penalty for the poorly attempted fourth question.

So, take it easy. :)

All papers took 3 hours to the last second. And yes, in general, I usually run out of time during the last question.

I don't believe in considering the length of the answer while writing mine; We're not in high school now. Our answer should be interesting that should encourage the reader to scold on his kids while reading, no matter how long it is unless relevant and interesting. ;)

I agree. But especially then, what's the harm in telling us, eh ;D?

I think, 5 pages per answer will suffice.

7 but only because when I am in a hurry my writing becomes humongous

Length does not matter at all, but its the idea which matters. Critical writing is most appreciated in competitive examination.

i had the same dilemma, spent too much time on the first couple of questions and wasn't able to do equal justice to the last ones because of shortage of time. total length though did come about a little over 15-16 pages :))
