IR is better combination than Pol Sci because Pol Sci syllabus very vast and also pure literal subject. IR also help in CA and Interview as well as in many other subjects.
Town Planning
US History
as you sure so prepare these both are good optional.
Gender ST/ Enviro Sci Sorry I have no idea of both subjects.
From Law I opt Muslim Law as well as IR but many aspirants suggest that International Law with IR. I opt Muslim Law as I am interested in this subject.
Best of Luck

Thanks for reply.
Actually i'm trying to avoid IR and International Law altogether because i only have interest in them as far as reading newspaper is concerned. I mean i can make efforts and score good in these subjects but I have more interest in Pol Science and i can score well by making lesser efforts as compared to IR.
What will you say about this combination:
Pol Science,
Town Planning,
US History,
Gender Studies/Environmental,
Geography/Punjabi

Firstly,As you are opting town planning, environment science should be preferred over gender studies.
Secondly,If you still remember the course of Political Science that you studied during b.a, then you should go for political science.Otherwise, go for IR
Thirdly, Muslim law and International law both are good. Choose the one you find more interesting. Furthermore, IL along with IR will be a better choice
Lastly, If you have aptitude for punjabi ,opt it.Here is the suggested combination:
Political Science 200
US History 100
Town Planning 100
Environment 100
Punjabi 100
Muslim Law 100
