Recently I have to come in my knowledge that to appear in css exams a candidate must have hold master degree. Is that correct ?
Or bachelor is enough ?

No,that is wrong.Nothing has been finalised with respect to Minimum Qualification, not even age relaxation, which has been approved by the Prime Minister in the cabinet meeting. The most likely scenario for 2017 will be 14 years of education and 30 years of age.

Minimum Qualification requirement has not been altered. FPSC is not inconsiderate and ignorant of 2-year BA/BCOM students who have already completed more than half of their preparation according to the Public Notice it issued. What is very likely is that FPSC will favor (legally) those candidates who were having an age issue, on the directives of Cabinet Committee's meeting, but any notification by FPSC will not be adverse in nature, but accommodating, in my view.
